The Free Return Service allows customers to return certain items marked with a Free Return label for free. This service is available for select items and sellers on AliExpress.

How to Use the Free Return Service

1. Return the parcel with the returned goods and the printed Free Return label to any designated return point.
2. Click on "Return Goods" on the AliExpress website or app.
3. Select the reason for the return.
4. Wait for AliExpress to accept your request.

Once your request is accepted, you will be able to track the status of your return on the AliExpress website or app. The refund will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected by the seller.
